Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on supporting healthcare and medical readiness needs by coordinating medical equipment, supplies, and services aligned with customer mission requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing healthcare-related requirements, providing guidance on appropriate medical and EMT solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.



The Healthcare Specialist will communicate with stakeholders to clarify specifications, maintain documentation, and assist with training and education on healthcare products and best practices. This position requires direct interaction with operational teams on-site to ensure solutions are safe, compliant, and effective in real-world environments.
Qualifications

- Healthcare and medicine expertise, including practical knowledge of clinical or field medical practices.
- EMT-related skills and experience supporting emergency medical response or pre-hospital care.
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Experience in training, education, or instruction related to healthcare, safety, or medical equipment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-focused workplace.
- Relevant certification or licensure in healthcare or emergency medical services (e.g., EMT, nursing, paramedic) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with defense, government, or logistics environments is an advantage.
