*Position:* Manager – Service

*Locations:* Mumbai - 3 nos. & Pune - 3 nos.

*Qualification:* Diploma / Graduate Engineer

*Experience:* 7–10 years in a relevant field

*Salary:* 80,000 – 1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise service operations and activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead and guide the service team to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely maintenance, troubleshooting,



and technical support.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
