WE ARE HIRING | APAC Payroll

We are looking for a APAC Payroll with 1–3 years of experience in Payroll Operations and Salary Processing to join our team for a leading financial services organization.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for APAC locations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for payroll and employee offboarding inputs and documentation.
- Work closely with payroll and offboarding vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams for payroll fund arrangements.
- Prepare and share payroll reports with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and tax year-end activities.
- Follow established SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement.




- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of payroll-related issues.

- Mandatory Skills:

Payroll Operations (India/APAC payroll preferred)

Salary Processing

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel – formulas, data management, and handling large datasets.

Good to Have:

- SAP knowledge
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, calculation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
