ABOUT THE ROLE
Veradium builds agentic AI solutions on AWS using Claude. We're hiring an engineer to work directly with the founder and take production AI systems from architecture to live deployment. You'll work across agents, data, integrations, user interfaces and cloud infrastructure. This role suits someone who wants real ownership and cares about AI that works reliably outside a demo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and build multi-agent systems, including supervisor agents that route work to specialist agents
• Build and deploy agents with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Claude
• Connect agents to business systems through governed, least-privilege tools and APIs
• Build retrieval pipelines that return accurate, cited answers from private data
• Add guardrails, confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop review
• Build evaluation and testing processes that measure agent quality over time
• Build secure interfaces for people to review, correct and approve AI output
• Automate deployment across multiple AWS accounts using infrastructure as code
• Set up monitoring, logging, tracing and cost tracking for production agents WHAT YOU BRING Must have
• 4–6 years of software engineering experience,



including production systems on AWS
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications to real users: agents, tool use, RAG and prompt design
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript
• Infrastructure as code, ideally AWS CDK, plus CI/CD
• Serverless and event-driven AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway
• Security fundamentals: IAM least privilege, encryption with KMS, audit logging and data isolation
• Experience integrating third-party REST APIs, including OAuth, rate limits and failure handling
• Front-end skills to build a clean product interface, ideally in React
• The habit of measuring AI quality with evals rather than judging it by demos
• Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock Guardrails or Bedrock Knowledge Bases
• Claude or the Anthropic API
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• AI coding tools such as Claude Code
• Vector search and embedding models
• Document processing with Amazon Textract
• Voice AI or Amazon Connect
• Experience with sensitive or regulated data
• AWS certifications (One Qualified Level)
