Short Description: Adheres to and suggests improvements to all phases of the application software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency for the SaaS application.
• Collaborate with software development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects or areas for improvement.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Develop reusable test components and libraries to maximize automation efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices relevant to cloud-based software systems.
• Generate and present detailed test reports, metrics, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Support manual testing efforts and provide automation support for regression, integration, and system testing.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory,



and quality standards applicable to the IC3 software environment. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in software test automation, preferably in IC3 or complex software systems.
• Experience with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai
• Experience with programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Test Frameworks: Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai. Automation Tools: Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Selenium.
