About the role
You will be the bridge between the client's business team, the client's IT team and LeapSurge's technical team. You will turn business needs into clear technical requirements, and explain technical solutions back in plain business terms, so that every side stays on the same page from requirement to rollout.

Key responsibilities
Stakeholder meetings: Meet business heads, department SPOCs and other relevant stakeholders regularly to understand their priorities and review progress. Requirement gathering: Study how each team works, gather their requirements, and document them as clear business requirements, process flows and report mock-ups. Bridging business and technology: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for our technical team, and translate technical solutions, constraints and timelines back into business language for the client. Working with heterogeneous teams: Bring together the client's business and IT teams and our developers and data engineers, each with different backgrounds and working styles, toward one outcome. Project management: Plan the work, set milestones, agree priorities, and keep every project on scope, on schedule and on quality. Tracking deliverables: Keep track of every deliverable, dependency and deadline, and share explicit, regular status reports. Providing the solutions:



Present and demonstrate dashboards, reports and applications, run user acceptance testing (UAT), and get sign-off. Training and feedback: Train client users and SPOCs, prepare simple user guides, and collect their feedback after every release to turn into improvements and change requests. Handling escalations: Handle escalations calmly and quickly, resolve them or route them to the right person, and keep stakeholders informed until closure. Requirements Graduate, preferably in commerce or accounting Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project delivery, business analysis or data analysis, ideally on IT, ERP, BI or reporting projects with direct client interaction. Having done similar work before will help you understand the role and the client's needs quickly. Excellent spoken and written communication skills Robust interpersonal skills and ease working with a diverse set of people Sound project management and documentation skills A big plus Pharma domain knowledge: primary and secondary sales, distribution, field force and sales force effectiveness Basic understanding of programming, databases and SQL Exposure to BI tools like Power BI, and to ERP systems such as SAP Hindi or Marathi in addition to English Benefits Industry-standard compensation, based on your experience.
