Role Description The Business Operations Generalist internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern supports day-to-day studio operations, including coordinating schedules, assisting with project documentation, and maintaining internal processes and records. Responsibilities may include helping with basic financial and administrative tasks, supporting communication between design, engineering, and leadership teams, and contributing to improvements in workflow and operational efficiency. The intern may also assist with vendor coordination,



office logistics, and preparation of internal reports or presentations. This role offers exposure to how a design-led digital studio is run and provides opportunities to learn about operations in a multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications
• Ability to manage administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and basic data handling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow structured processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to support internal coordination and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort with productivity tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, task management platforms).
• Interest in design, technology, or digital products, and willingness to learn about studio operations.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in business, management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
