Job Summary :

We are urgently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors & ADP GlobalView Payroll Implementation Consultant to support a global payroll implementation project for the US and Canada.

Mandatory Skills :

ADP GlobalView Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, Global Payroll Implementation, HRIS Implementation, Payroll Requirements Gathering, Functional Specifications, Payroll Integration, Solution Design Validation, US & Canada Payroll Compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

✔️ Lead end-to-end requirements delivery for ADP GlobalView Payroll implementation.

✔️ Gather and translate payroll, HR, technical, and integration requirements into functional specifications.

✔️ Review and validate vendor technical designs, integration specifications, and configuration documents.

✔️ Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, HRIS teams, and implementation partners.





✔️ Lead vendor design walkthroughs and ensure alignment with business requirements.

✔️ Support system integration testing, defect management, and requirements traceability.

✔️ Ensure compliance with US and Canada payroll regulations and governance requirements.

Required Skills :

✅ Robust hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll or a similar ADP product.

✅ 10+ years of experience in Payroll / HR Systems Implementation.

✅ Experience in payroll implementation, technical requirements gathering, and solution validation.

⭐ Good to Have :

➕ SAP SuccessFactors payroll integrations.

➕ US & Canada payroll implementation experience.

➕ Global / Multi-country payroll exposure.

➕ Vendor management and implementation governance.
