About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care including vitals monitoring, medication administration, wound dressing, and IV line management under supervision.
- Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and emergency response with clinical preparedness and calm efficiency.
- Maintain accurate, real-time patient records using digital EMR systems and ensure compliance with IPC (Infection Prevention & Control) protocols.
- Educate patients and caregivers on post-treatment care, hygiene, medication adherence, and preventive health practices.
- Coordinate with lab technicians and pharmacy staff for smooth diagnostic and therapeutic workflows.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, sterilization of instruments,



and inventory management of nursing supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have: GNM or B.Sc Nursing degree with valid State Nursing Council registration
- Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hospital or clinic setup
- Must-Have: Proficiency in patient vitals recording, injection/IV administration, and basic emergency response
- Must-Have: Familiarity with digital EMR systems and IPC protocols
- Must-Have: Fluent in Hindi and English for effective patient communication
- Preferred: Experience in outpatient clinics or diagnostic centers
- Preferred: Certified in BLS/ACLS (Basic or Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Preferred: Experience with chronic disease patient management (diabetes, hypertension)
