- Lending What you will do
• Own the end-to-end lending journey from application to disbursal.
• Improve approval, conversion and disbursal rates by identifying bottlenecks and driving them to closure.
• Monitor key business metrics and ensure issues are identified early.
• Work closely with lending partners to improve decisioning, turnaround times, approvals and disbursal efficiency.
• Manage lender capacities, approval queues and operational escalations.
• Coordinate across credit, product, engineering, customer experience and lenders to ensure smooth execution.
• Decide operational interventions across the funnel, including user prioritisation, calling campaigns, user nudges and lender routing.
• Run experiments to improve business metrics and customer experience.




• Simplify processes and automate manual work to improve business efficiency. Success in this role You'll know you're doing well if:
• Approval-to-disbursal conversion keeps improving.
• Lender turnaround times reduce.
• Business issues are identified before they become customer issues.
• Teams execute faster because you're driving alignment.
• Business consistently achieves its disbursal targets.
• The business scales without operational bottlenecks. What we're looking for
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Lending Operations or Marketplace Operations.
• Experience in digital lending, loan marketplaces, embedded lending or consumer fintech.
• Strong understanding of lending funnels and lender operations.
• Experience managing lender relationships.
• Comfortable working with data. Advanced Excel is a must.
• Someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys solving problems.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in a quick-moving startup environment.
• Candidates from loan marketplaces, embedded lending platforms and consumer fintechs working with multiple lending partners will be preferred.
