Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers for Motor insurance policy renewals. Remind customers about upcoming policy renewal dates. Explain renewal perks, premiums, and policy details to customers. Assist customers with the renewal process and resolve basic queries. Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals. Maintain customer records and update call details in the system. Required
Skills:
Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
