Role: SAP Concur Functional Consultant

Pune, MH Shift Timing: UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST) Full Time with Quanta Systems Technologies Client Need Candidate who are Immediate to 15 days' notice Role Summary: We are looking for an SAP Concur Functional Consultant to support the global Concur implementation and ongoing platform operations. The resource will work closely with the Concur IT Product Owner/Solution Architect and provide hands-on support across configuration, testing, documentation, production support and SSO/IAM initiatives. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Support SAP Concur Expense configuration including policies, workflows, audit rules, forms, expense types and related settings.
• Support Build, SIT, UAT, regression testing and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, configuration documents and functional design documentation.
• Analyze and resolve Concur incidents, service requests and functional issues.
• Coordinate with SAP Concur, SAP/ERP, Workday, Middleware, IAM/SSO and other technical teams for issue resolution and integrations.
• Support the SSO/IAM project, including requirements, functional analysis, testing and documentation.




• Support global country rollouts, enhancements and release activities.
• Participate in functional workshops, requirement analysis, solution discussions and defect triage.
• Maintain Concur knowledge base, support documentation and operational runbooks. Required Knowledge and

Experience:
• 2–4 years of SAP Concur experience, preferably Concur Expense.
• Hands-on experience with Concur configuration and implementation/rollout projects.
• Experience in SIT/UAT, test-case preparation and defect management.
• Experience in Concur production support and ticket resolution.
• Positive understanding of Concur integrations with ERP/HR systems.
• Basic understanding of SSO, SAML, IAM and user provisioning.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Good to Have
• SAP Concur certification.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Workday, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD or Concur APIs.
• Experience in global/multi-country Concur implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or Confluence.
