About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer Specialist with expertise in GPU Cluster Design, AI Infrastructure Deployment, and AI/ML Workload Optimization. The candidate will support AI datacenter operations, focusing on building, deploying, managing, and scaling GPU-based infrastructure using NVIDIA platforms. The role involves L2-level technical support, performance optimization, and collaboration with delivery teams to ensure reliable infrastructure operations.

Job Description
The position involves designing, deploying, and supporting GPU clusters and AI infrastructure platforms for sovereign compute environments. The engineer will optimize AI/ML workload performance and support infrastructure operations within the System Core Engineering L2/L3/L4 support structure. Working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders, the candidate will ensure SLA adherence, maintain technical documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer. The role also requires following change and incident management processes while contributing to automation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and support GPU clusters and AI infrastructure platforms.
• Optimize AI/ML workloads for improved performance and resource utilization.
• Manage and support NVIDIA-based GPU infrastructure.
• Work on CUDA,



NVIDIA NIM Stack, and DGX reference architectures.
• Implement and manage MIG GPU partitioning and performance benchmarking.
• Provide L2-level infrastructure support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure SLA adherence, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Follow change and incident management processes and support compliance readiness, including DPDP, RBI, and CERT-In requirements. Required Skills
