Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Weskill will support daily HR operations for a remote-first organization. This internship role includes assisting with maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding activities, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will support personnel-related documentation, contribute to basic employee benefits administration, and assist with HR communications. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, compiling HR reports,



and collaborating with team members to improve HR processes and employee experience in a virtual environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing HR expertise.
• Ability to understand and support HR Policies and basic Employee Perks processes.
• Interest in Personnel Management, including record keeping and employee lifecycle support.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration platforms).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with diverse teams.
