About the Role
Sharda Group Family Office is looking for an experienced Equity Derivatives Trader with strong technical analysis skills and a proven track record in active trading across equity cash, futures and options markets. We are looking for a skilled trading professional focused on market analysis, strategy development and execution, rather than long-term investment management.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse equity cash, futures and options markets using technical analysis.
* Develop, test and execute systematic or discretionary trading strategies.
* Identify trading opportunities while maintaining disciplined risk management.
* Monitor strategy performance and continuously improve trading systems.
* Maintain proper records of trades, performance and risk metrics. Requirements




* Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on trading experience.
* Strong understanding of Indian equity and derivatives markets.
* Proven trading strategies supported by a demonstrable performance track record.
* Expertise in technical analysis, trade execution and risk management.
* Ability to work independently with a disciplined, data-driven approach. Who Should Apply?
