We are seeking a seasoned Data & AI Business Development with 8+ years of industry experience to drive strategic growth initiatives and foster partnerships in the Data & AI domain for India market. "MUST HAVES"
• Experience in selling data analytics, artificial intelligence, AI Based solutions.
• Experience in AI Solution sales for India market is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in Identifying and developing new business opportunities in Data & AI solutions.
• Experience in hunting new logos for Manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Data & AI sector.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Support the creation of strategic go-to-market plans and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on AI and data strategy.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.




• Monitor key performance metrics and report on business development activities. Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting and at least 2 years within Data, AI, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, AI technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with enterprise clients and managing large-scale contracts.
• Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI principles.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
