Daily tasks will include providing detailed information about the institution's programs, conducting consultations and interviews, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, executing outreach initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with potential applicants. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai. • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Customer Service and Sales skills to provide support and address inquiries
• Familiarity with the Education industry and admission processes
• Understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work in a global setting
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus
