4-7 years Employement Type: FUll-Time Role Overview: Katalysst is looking for an experienced Senior Finance to manage and strengthen the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and business finance. The role requires a proactive finance professional capable of providing financial insights and ensuring accurate financial records while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Note: Only immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period will be considered for this opportunity. Financial Reporting & Accounting:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.




• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
• Monitor and review accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and journal postings.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules. Accounts Payable Management
• Oversee vendor payments and accounts payable processes.
• Ensure timely payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payables and improve payment efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice approvals and payments. Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and identify key variances.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Track expenses, monitor departmental budgets, and ensure cost control. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity requirements.
• Manage working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure effective cash utilization and funds planning.
• Support management with financial planning and decision-making. Reconciliation & Financial Controls
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Review balance sheet schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure financial accuracy through strong internal controls.




• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare tax workings and coordinate with consultants and auditors.
• Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Business Finance Support:
• Generate MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Monitor key financial metrics and business performance.
• Support leadership with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives. Required

Experience:
