Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return filing.
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices,



and payment-related queries.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should be organised, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
