About the Role
Ever wondered what goes into building a brand from scratch? We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to work closely with the founders of AGAM Perfumes. This isn't a role where you'll be limited to one department. You'll get hands-on exposure to business strategy, marketing, operations, and the everyday decisions that go into building and growing a consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support: Work directly with the founders on business initiatives, planning, and execution. Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, consumer behaviour, and growth opportunities. Marketing & Branding: Assist with marketing campaigns, brand-building activities, and content strategy. Business Operations: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution. Project Management: Track ongoing projects, monitor progress, and help ensure timely delivery. Problem-Solving: Identify operational gaps, suggest improvements, and help implement practical solutions. Special Projects:



Take ownership of new initiatives and work on cross-functional assignments. Who We're Looking For A student, recent graduate, or someone eager to explore entrepreneurship and business management. Robust communication, research, and organisational skills. Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools.
