Key Responsibilities
* Conduct social media research, competitor research and trend analysis across relevant platforms.
* Identify trending topics, formats, content styles and opportunities relevant to GTM Labs and its brands.
* Develop content plans, social media strategies and growth plans based on research and business objectives.
* Create and coordinate different forms of content, including graphics, carousels, text posts, short-form videos/reels and face-to-camera content.
* Plan and maintain content calendars across required social media platforms.
* Publish and manage content across relevant platforms with consistency.
* Drive engagement, audience growth, followers and brand visibility.
* Work towards generating inbound leads,



enquiries and potential customers through social media.
* Monitor content performance and analyse insights to continuously improve strategy.
* Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, launches and other marketing initiatives. What We’re Looking For
* Robust understanding of social media and current digital trends.
* Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into engaging content.
* Good communication, research and analytical skills.
* Comfortable with content creation, social media management and experimentation.
* Result-oriented with a focus on engagement, growth and inbound lead generation, not just posting content.
* Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar is an advantage.
* Students, freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Work & Compensation
* Remote | 6 Days/Week

working hours
between 11 AM – 7 PM
* Stipend: ₹5,000/month, based on defined monthly deliverables
* Additional performance incentives for exceeding KPIs
