₹34,000 In-Hand + PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Purple United Kids retail store in Goa. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product displays.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure proper billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.




• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with the HO team regarding store operations, requirements, and business updates.
• Analyse sales performance and take necessary actions to improve store profitability. Candidate Requirements
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager in retail is preferred.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Kidswear, Footwear, or Lifestyle retail will be an added advantage.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.
• Must be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
