What You'll Do
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for process improvement and digitization.
- Product Documentation: Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Agile Delivery: Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Testing & Validation: Support SIT and UAT, validate business scenarios, identify gaps, and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.
- Release Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support releases, resolve functional queries, and ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Continuous Improvement:



Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, and enhance operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance, is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing requirements across the product development lifecycle.
- Valuable understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and release processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business requirements to technical teams. Good to Have
- Experience working on digital platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to insurance distribution, policy issuance, onboarding, servicing, or sales journeys. Why This Opportunity?
