₹20,000 per month What You Will Do
• Plan and run the marketing strategy to grow orders and app installs
• Run and improve paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
• Lead our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages and guide the marketing intern
• Plan content for farmers: reels, posts, offers and festival campaigns
• Track results using Google Analytics and Meta reports, and share weekly numbers
• Grow app downloads and bring back repeat customers
• Run WhatsApp and email campaigns
• Reach farmers through local communities, influencers and partnerships




• Watch competitors and market trends What We Are Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience running Meta ads with a real budget
• Good knowledge of social media, content and basic analytics
• Basic design or video skills (Canva, CapCut)
• Clear communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, agri or app marketing What You Will Gain
