Navi Mumbai ? Position: Customer Support & Event Operations Intern (Female) ? Work Mode: On-site ⏳

Experience:
Freshers / 0–1 Year ? What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
• Assist customers with booking, payment, ticket, refund, and event-related issues.
• Help customers with QR codes, check-ins, and seating-related queries.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer escalations with patience and professionalism.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, payments, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with Event, Sales, Finance, and Tech teams.
• Assist with event-day operations and on-ground coordination.
• Maintain records of customer complaints, refunds, and resolutions.
• Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel or Google Sheets. ? Who Can Apply?
• Female candidates who are eager to learn and take responsibility.




• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work during event days, including weekends when required.
• Prior experience in customer support, event management, or ticketing is a plus. ? What You'll Gain:
