About the Role
As a Creative Associate Intern at Akartha, you will be part of the creative team, contributing to the development and execution of ideas across multiple brands and projects. From social media campaigns and brand communication to advertising concepts, films, pitch presentations and integrated campaigns, you will get hands-on experience in understanding briefs, researching brands, brainstorming ideas and turning them into compelling creative solutions. You will work closely with our creative strategists, designers, copywriters and other team members, gaining exposure to how ideas move from a brief to execution. This role is for someone who is curious, thinks beyond the obvious, enjoys exploring ideas and is eager to learn how creativity can solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in understanding client briefs, researching brands, identifying consumer insights and exploring creative opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, social media content, brand communication and other creative projects.
• Research brands, competitors, industry trends, pop culture and emerging conversations to identify relevant creative opportunities.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, content strategies and communication approaches.
• Work on copywriting and content development for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements and other brand touchpoints.
• Support the preparation of creative presentations, pitch decks, mood boards, references and campaign proposals.




• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, videographers and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Assist in planning and coordinating shoots, campaigns and other creative executions.
• Stay updated with advertising, marketing, social media trends, emerging platforms and AI tools.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience. Freshers with a strong creative inclination are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in advertising, branding, marketing, content creation and creative strategy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, research effectively and articulate ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital content and popular culture.
• Familiarity with Google Slides, PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools for research, ideation and content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments. What We're Looking For
