authentic Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma treatments, wellness retreats and personalised wellness experiences, combining traditional Kerala Ayurveda with professional hospitality standards. We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, convert enquiries into bookings and develop strategic partnerships across Goa.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
* Convert potential leads into confirmed appointments, bookings and wellness packages.
* Follow up with enquiries, maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
* Promote Kerala Ayurveda therapies, Panchakarma programmes, wellness retreats and premium packages.
* Build business partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel agents, tour operators and local businesses.
* Participate in promotional activities, local campaigns and marketing initiatives.
* Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain lead records and monitor sales performance.




* Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve marketing and revenue growth. Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, lead conversion or customer service preferred.
* Solid negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management skills.
* Confident, presentable, professional and target-oriented personality.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and online communication.
* Ability to manage leads, follow-ups and sales reporting.
* Hospitality, wellness, tourism or retail industry experience is an advantage.
* A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Hospitality is preferred.
