POSITION OVERVIEW LuxeVenue.ai is India’s premier AI-powered luxury venue sourcing, high-ticket MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and corporate offsite platform. We strictly cater to top-tier B2B enterprise clients, high-net-worth corporate gatherings, and 5-Star luxury hospitality inventory. We are seeking a visionary, high-impact VP / Global Head of Events & Experiential Marketing with a proven track record of leading event strategy for global market leaders, Fortune 500 enterprises, and premier MNCs. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for flagship B2B summits, executive retreats, and experiential activations, aligning luxury venue sourcing and MICE operations directly with high-ticket enterprise revenue growth. 2.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
& CORE DUTIES A. Global Enterprise Event Strategy & Brand Positioning
• Design and execute the global experiential marketing vision, flagship event calendars, and high-ticket B2B gathering roadmaps for LuxeVenue.ai.
• Conceptualize and oversee large-scale enterprise MICE, C-suite retreats, international roadshows, and exclusive corporate offsites.
• Ensure brand integrity, luxury positioning, and ultra-premium hospitality touchpoints across all corporate and client-facing engagements. B.



Enterprise Pipeline Acceleration & Revenue Alignment
• Align event strategy directly with enterprise sales conversion, customer acquisition, and B2B pipeline velocity.
• Leverage existing networks among C-level decision-makers across global MNCs and Fortune 500 companies to drive luxury venue bookings and MICE partnerships.
• Oversee multi-million dollar annual event budgets, optimizing ROI, CAC, and enterprise client retention. C. Strategic Hospitality Alliances & Venue Sourcing Leadership
• Lead strategic negotiations and institutional partnerships with global 5-Star luxury hotel chains, luxury resorts, and high-end convention properties.
• Establish escrow-backed venue sourcing frameworks, seamless MICE logistics, and VIP hospitality standards. D. Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Operations
• Build, mentor, and direct high-performing global event management, luxury hospitality sourcing, and experiential marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite leadership, Enterprise BD, PR, and Product teams to elevate market dominance. 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



Communications, or Hospitality Management (MBA from a top-tier institution preferred).
• Enterprise & Global Market Background: 12–18+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise event management, MICE operations, and experiential marketing specifically within Global Market Leaders, Fortune 500 Companies, or Top-Tier Multinationals (MNCs).
• Proven Track Record: Proven history of orchestrating multi-million dollar global B2B conferences, luxury leadership retreats, and enterprise MICE programs.
• Luxury Hospitality Network: Deep, established relationships with senior executives across global 5-Star luxury hospitality chains, regional tourism boards, and elite venue management groups.
• Financial Oversight: Extensive experience managing multi-crore enterprise event budgets with strict ROI tracking and financial governance. 4. KEY COMPETENCIES
