About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Associate to help us plan, coordinate and deliver our programs and initiatives from start to finish. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team, as well as partners and member institutions, and you will be a dependable point of contact who keeps work moving, well documented and on schedule. What You Will Do You will manage the day-to-day execution of projects such as summits, roundtables, and partnership programs, including timelines, logistics, stakeholder coordination and follow-up. You will prepare and refine written material, including proposals,
concept notes, briefs, and formal correspondence, and you will support outreach to partners, universities, institutions and prospective members. You will also help shape communication around our work, working with the content and social media team to ensure that what we publish is accurate and consistent with our voice. Throughout, you will track progress, flag risks early and maintain explicit records so that the wider team always knows where things stand. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, program management or a similar role, ideally in health, policy, development, or a think tank. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as is a careful eye for detail and a professional approach to communicating with senior stakeholders. You should be comfortable working across several projects at once, taking direction thoughtfully, and using your own judgment when a situation calls for it. Familiarity with digital health, public health or health policy is a strong advantage, as is experience with event planning, proposal writing or social media and content workflows. A postgraduate qualification in public health, public policy, management or a related field is must. Why Join Us This role offers direct exposure to international health policy conversations and the chance to contribute to initiatives that bring together leaders from many countries. You will be part of a small, committed team where responsibility is given early and your work is visible.
