Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for our on-site team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This full time role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting workforce planning in line with business growth. The Human Resources Manager will handle payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation to ensure accurate and timely records. The role includes organizing training and development initiatives,



facilitating employee engagement activities, and addressing workplace concerns to support a positive, inclusive culture. Collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs, support change management, and provide HR guidance to leadership is an integral part of the position. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR policy development in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and HR information systems.
• Skills in training and development, conducting HR workshops, and designing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Effective communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make data-informed HR decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in manufacturing or a similar sector is highly preferred.
