About the Role
We are expanding and now we are available for users in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia.. You will hold supportive, one-on-one conversations that help people feel heard, understand their patterns, and move forward with greater clarity in relationships, personal growth and life decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Build rapport in the first minutes of every conversation, so users feel comfortable opening up.
• Practise active and reflective listening: paraphrase, validate emotions without judgment, and ask open-ended questions that help users explore their own thoughts.
• Guide users toward their own insights and realistic next steps,



rather than giving direct advice or telling them what to do.
• Adapt your tone and approach to each user’s emotional state, cultural background and communication style across the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
• Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, patience and strict confidentiality. Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a natural, warm conversational tone
• Solid active listening, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Background or interest in psychology, counselling, or human behaviour (a degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus, not mandatory)
• Based out of or willing to relocate to Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad
