Chennai / Hyderabad / Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright/Selenium, automation framework development, and AI-driven Quality Engineering. The candidate will lead automation strategy, drive scalable testing solutions, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI/GenAI to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium.
• Lead UI, API, end-to-end, integration, and regression automation initiatives.
• Define automation strategy, framework architecture, coding standards, and reusable components.
• Evaluate and implement AI/GenAI solutions for test generation, optimization, defect analysis, and test maintenance.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous testing.
• Improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure framework scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Troubleshoot complex automation and framework-related issues.
• Mentor automation engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Define and track Quality Engineering metrics and KPIs. Required Skills & Experience




• 8–14 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium and enterprise-level automation framework development.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript/Java.
• Experience in UI, API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation architecture, design patterns, reusable components, test data management, and parallel execution.
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Good understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code review practices.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI coding assistants, and AI-enabled testing solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, shift-left testing, and continuous testing practices.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring automation teams while remaining hands-on technically.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Positive to Have
• Experience implementing AI/GenAI-driven solutions for Quality Engineering.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to performance, accessibility, security, or mobile testing.
• Experience modernizing legacy automation frameworks and migrating to Playwright.
