* Provide technical and architectural leadership for Care Extension capabilities as part of Value Connect Platform
* Define and drive the application strategy and execution roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned to long‑term platform evolution.
* Lead the design and implementation of Care Management and Medication Management solutions, including workflows across core platform services and client‑facing modules.
* Own end‑to‑end development lifecycle management, including design, deployment, optimization, monitoring, and operational readiness in production environments.
* Translate complex business problems into enterprise‑grade architectures that deliver measurable outcomes such as faster time‑to‑value, automation, and decision intelligence.
* Partner with product, engineering, and architecture leaders to ensure tight alignment between platform capabilities, release milestones, and customer commitments.

* Strong hands‑on background with Java, Spark, Azure, React, and Postgre in complex, distributed systems.
