Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for final selection. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and following up on interviews, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all applicants. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with operations and HR teams to understand workforce requirements, support bulk hiring for contact center and back-office processes,



and help improve recruitment strategies and metrics. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, updating applicant tracking systems, and supporting employer branding initiatives such as job fairs and campus drives. Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for volume and niche roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and networking tools to attract and engage talent.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Comfort with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, along with basic data analysis for hiring metrics.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Prior experience in BPM/BPO or contact center recruitment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
