Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and working towards defined revenue targets.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to discuss pricing, payment terms, and value propositions confidently.
• Knowledge of Insurance or related financial products is an advantage, with the ability to explain benefits and coverage to customers.
• Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development, preferably in services or financial sectors.
• Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and handle travel for client visits as required.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; additional sales or marketing certifications are beneficial.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM software) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
