Australian Mortgage Loan Processor / Parabroker Full-time or Part-time | Remote – India Mom and Dad Finance, a Sydney-based mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced loan processor / parabroker based in India. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome. We’re looking for someone with hands-on Australian mortgage experience who can review documents, prepare applications and manage files from initial enquiry through to settlement. Your responsibilities
* Review client documents and identify missing information.
* Analyse income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
* Calculate servicing and research lender policies.
* Assist the broker with lender comparisons and loan structuring.
* Prepare application forms, supporting documents and broker submission notes.
* Lodge applications through lender and aggregator systems.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, BDMs, accountants and solicitors.
* Follow up approval conditions and settlement progress.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates. What we’re looking for
* At least two years of hands-on Australian mortgage processing experience.
* Sound understanding of Australian lending policies, servicing and documentation requirements.
* Experience with purchases, refinances and investment lending.
* Strong written and spoken English.




* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
* Confidence working independently and taking ownership of follow-ups.
* Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace.
* Availability for agreed

working hours
overlapping with Sydney business hours. Experience with self-employed borrowers, SMSF or commercial lending, and Finsure systems will be highly regarded.
