Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Operations Executive role based in Gurugram. The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational processes, ensure adherence to internal policies, and support efficient delivery of services to MSME clients. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving workflow efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing operational data, and implementing process enhancements. The role involves managing documentation, tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues,



and supporting compliance with organizational standards. This position also requires mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic operational planning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes and drive efficiency.
