About the Role
ServCrust is looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, expand market presence and strengthen key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver sales, revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans across regions.
• Drive acquisition of EPC companies, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional customers.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams.
• Manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
• Identify new markets, geographies, and business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and closure of high-value deals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversions, and team performance.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance for smooth execution.
• Track market trends, competition, pricing, and customer demand.
• Improve customer retention, repeat business, and collection efficiency. Candidate Profile




• 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Robust experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Experience in construction materials, infrastructure, EPC, aggregates, cement, steel, or related industries preferred.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and key account management skills.
• Good understanding of sales forecasting, margins, collections, and market expansion.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required. Key KPIs Revenue growth, margin achievement, customer acquisition, key account growth, pipeline conversion, collection efficiency, and team performance. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred
