About the role
Deep Holistics is hiring an experienced Phlebotomist to collect blood samples at clients' homes in Bengaluru. •

Location:
Based out of Infantry Road, covering home visits within about 30 km •Type: Full time, field role •Timing: Early morning visits (fasting samples), [timings and weekly off to be confirmed] Must-haves •DMLT, BMLT or a phlebotomy certificate from a recognised institute •At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience,



ideally with home collections •Lives in Bengaluru and knows the areas around Ulsoor well •Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence •Can speak proficient English; Kannada/Hindi plus What you will do •Visit clients' homes on time for scheduled blood collections and body composition measurement •Confirm the client's identity and check they have followed fasting or other test instructions •Draw blood safely and with minimal discomfort, using clean, single-use equipment •Label tubes correctly and store samples at the right temperature during travel •Hand over samples to the lab within the required time •Safely dispose of needles and biomedical waste as per rules •Update collection details on the app or log after every visit •Be polite and professional, and explain the process to clients who are nervous Skills we look for •Steady hands and confidence with difficult veins, elderly client •Strong habits around hygiene and infection control •Punctual and reliable, comfortable with early starts •Comfortable using a smartphone and maps app
