Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer ?

India (Hybrid/Remote) ? Role Type: Full-Time We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives on building scalable solutions, improving platform health, and driving engineering excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do
Platform Optimization & Org Health
• Identify and eliminate technical debt across the Salesforce platform.
• Optimize automations, workflows, flows, triggers, and customizations.
• Monitor org health, governor limits, API consumption, storage utilization, and deployment stability.
• Drive platform governance and maintainability initiatives. Development & Engineering Excellence
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Build reusable, performant, and accessible Lightning Web Components.
• Enforce coding standards, code reviews, and test automation best practices.
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using contemporary DevOps practices. Integrations & Data Management
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies.
• Champion data quality, deduplication, and migration best practices. Technical Leadership
• Mentor developers through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.




• Define development standards and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive scalable technical solutions. Required Skills ✅ Strong hands-on experience with:
