Role Description This is a full time, on-site Supervisor role based in Jodhpur. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, including monitoring workflows, assigning tasks, and ensuring furniture is manufactured according to quality standards and timelines. The role involves coordinating with production staff, managing attendance, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Supervisor will track productivity, report issues to management, assist in resolving operational problems, and support training of new team members. The position also requires collaboration with logistics and inventory teams to ensure materials availability and timely dispatch of finished products. Qualifications




• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing, furniture, or handicrafts environment, with the ability to coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Knowledge of basic quality control and safety practices, with the capacity to enforce standards and identify defects or process issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide team members, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with management and other departments.
• Practical understanding of production workflows, tools, and materials used in furniture manufacturing; hands-on experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, maintain regular attendance, and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical or vocational qualification in manufacturing or related fields is an advantage.
