Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Manager (ERP) to manage, implement, and optimize ERP systems across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ERP operations, system integration, process automation, data management, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
– ERP Management
· Manage and oversee the organization's ERP systems and applications. Implement, configure, and maintain ERP software such as Farvision and other business applications.
· Monitor ERP performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Coordinate with departments such as Accounts, Sales, HR, Marketing , CRM, and Projects to understand business requirements.
· Handle ERP customization, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
· Manage ERP implementation, integration, and data migration activities.
· Ensure proper integration between ERP, CRM, and other business software.
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
· Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, and system reliability.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvement.
· Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and technical support teams.
· Train employees and provide technical support for ERP-related issues. Additional Responsibilities – IT Operations & Employee Support
· Oversee day-to-day IT operations, business applications, and technology support across the organization.
· Provide support to employees using ERP software, resolve user-level issues, and guide them on the correct use of ERP modules and processes.
· Coordinate with the internal IT/helpdesk team and ERP software support team to log, track, escalate, and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
· Act as a point of coordination between employees, internal IT teams, ERP vendors, and external technical support teams.




· Manage IT requirements raised by different departments and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
· Coordinate software upgrades, system integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
· Support the implementation and management of business applications such as Zoho, Salesforce, Farvision, and other relevant software. Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, system access, user accounts, backups, data security, and business continuity processes.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure, software licensing, AMC, and technical support.
· Monitor support requests, recurring issues, service quality, and resolution timelines; prepare relevant IT support and operational reports. Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
· MBA (IT) / MCA will be preferred.
· 4–8 years of experience in ERP management, implementation, or IT operations.
· Experience managing ERP systems, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. · Ability to manage ERP-related projects while ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support.
