Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Business Development & Partnerships Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation across relevant channels. The Executive will build and manage relationships with partners, distributors, and key accounts, ensuring alignment with ONEAT’s brand and growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating partnership terms, and tracking performance against sales and partnership targets.



The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute partnership initiatives and support overall business growth. Qualifications
• Strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
• Solid Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer brands is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in better-for-you food products and consumer wellness trends.
