Role Description The Planning Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Planning Executive will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely availability of electronic components. This role involves analyzing sales data and customer forecasts, preparing purchase plans, and working closely with internal teams to manage lead times and stock levels. The Planning Executive will monitor supply chain performance, identify variances. The role also includes maintaining planning records, generating regular reports for management, and supporting continuous improvement in planning and supply chain processes. Qualifications
• Robust analytical and numerical skills with experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement principles,



and vendor coordination in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning or ERP tools; ability to work with large data sets and generate actionable reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in electronics distribution is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology-driven processes and a mindset for process improvement and automation.
