Job Description
We are looking for an Interior Designer & CAD Drafter to handle international hospitality drafting/submission work and local commercial/residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for international hotel projects.
• Work with client codes, standards, redlines, and revision requirements.
• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Handle concept design and space planning for office and residential projects.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and vendors. Must-Have

Skills:
• 1–3 years in Interior Design/Architecture.
• AutoCAD – Mandatory.
• Strong technical/production drafting skills.
• BOQ and quantity take-off experience.
• Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Robust written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work with US clients and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating space planning and concept design.
