Role Description The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Indisolar’s solar PV cleaning systems at customer sites in and around Nizamabad. This full time, on-site role includes supervising site work, coordinating with project teams and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Site Engineer will prepare site reports, track project progress, and provide technical support and training to client personnel on system operation. The role also involves inspecting installations for performance, suggesting improvements,



and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely and successful project completion. Qualifications
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, mechanical assemblies, or electro-mechanical equipment, with the ability to understand product designs and installation requirements.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, and field troubleshooting for industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, using basic engineering tools, and preparing clear site documentation and reports.
• Solid understanding of safety practices, quality checks, and standard operating procedures for on-site work.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to work outdoors at project sites, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems independently.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; prior experience in solar or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation) for reporting and project tracking.
