About the Role
QuantixLabs Ventures LLP is looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code. You will play a key role in managing our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, Kubernetes environments, monitoring, security, and production operations while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Amazon EKS/Kubernetes clusters and production workloads.
• Handle Kubernetes components including Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA, StatefulSets, PVCs, RBAC, and Helm.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Manage Docker containers and images using Amazon ECR.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.
• Implement GitOps-based deployments using Argo CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, Kubernetes, networking, DNS, load balancers, and applications.
• Manage AWS services including EKS, EC2, VPC, ALB, ECR, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, S3, NAT Gateway, and WAF.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar tools.
• Monitor infrastructure health, including CPU, memory, pod failures, restarts, and OOMKilled events.
• Implement security best practices covering IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, Secrets Management, TLS, container security,



and Trivy vulnerability scanning.
• Participate in production deployments, incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure reliability.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash/Python scripting.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow DevOps best practices. ? Required Skills
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Good understanding of Helm, Kubernetes manifests, GitOps, and Argo CD.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and TLS.
• Experience troubleshooting production environments.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering teams. ? Good to Have Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, APISIX/API Gateways, AWS WAF, CloudFront, AWS Load Balancer Controller, Trivy, and Kubernetes Operators.
