Job Description A Fortune 200 company is looking for a CSDM Platform Architect. The CSDM Platform Architect will configure, govern and continuously improve ServiceNow service data, taxonomy and catalog relationships in a complex global organization. The role focuses on implementing and operationalizing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) in an established setting where ITSM, ITAM, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and ITOM are already deployed. This person will connect business and technology services, service offerings, configuration items, Employee Center taxonomy and catalog experiences while ensuring that routing, ownership, support groups and reporting requirements are deliberately designed and tested. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or operationalizing CSDM in ServiceNow.
- Experience with DPM and Service Builder
- Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience in an organization that already uses ITSM, ITAM, BCM and ITOM.
Experience with Employee Center, content taxonomy,



Service Catalog and catalog items associated with services or service offerings.
