Role Description The Assistant Security Manager role at LuLu Group India is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations across retail stores, warehouses, and related facilities, ensuring a safe environment for customers, team members, and assets.

Key responsibilities
include monitoring physical security measures, supervising security personnel, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating incident response and reporting. The Assistant Security Manager will help implement security policies and procedures, liaise with external security agencies and local authorities,



and support training and awareness programs. The role also involves assisting with risk assessments, maintaining security documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of security standards across the organization. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Physical Security and Security Management, including surveillance, access control, and incident handling.
• Working knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity principles to support protection of organizational data and systems.
• Awareness of Network Security practices to coordinate with IT teams on secure infrastructure in retail and warehouse environments.
• Proven experience in security operations within retail, logistics, or large facility environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to lead and motivate security teams, with solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to safety and security in India.
• Diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
