Chennai Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Product Support Representative to join our product support team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level product support to customers through phone, email, chat, and online meetings.
• Understand customer queries and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Reproduce and document reported issues.
• Create and maintain support tickets with accurate details.
• Escalate technical issues to the development/QA team when necessary.
• Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
• Assist with product demonstrations and basic user training.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the product team.
• Maintain professional communication with customers. Skills Required




• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of web applications and software products.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Patience and a customer-friendly attitude. Qualification
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Freshers with valuable communication and basic computer knowledge can apply.
